Site Lean Management Business Partner (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Familiar with the daily on-site management and improvement of the warehouse, as well as the control measures for variable costs. Through achieving and analyzing human efficiency, closely follow up on the achievement of labor costs, as well as the path to achieving daily operational material and transportation costs;

• Standardize the output of SOP related to the operation process in the warehouse, and provide effective training and guidance to on-site personnel;

• By sorting out the internal operation process, output the key nodes of the system process, and cooperate with the R&D team to continuously improve the system updates;

• Improve on-site processes and be responsible for on-site 6S, visualization, and standardization construction work;

• Support the startup and management of new warehouse from 0-1, involving operational materials, material selection, procurement support, and related operational support;

• Other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. More than 5 years of experience in the logistics industry is preferred.

• Experience in lean production in the logistics industry is preferred, and receiving systematic training in lean production is preferred;

• Familiar with on-site improvement techniques, lean management methods, and evaluation metrics, with rich practical experience;

• Good communication skills, learning abilities, and teamwork skills;

• Able to use English and Chinese as the working language, or familiar with Dutch.
