Overseas Transit Hub Manager (full-time)

Job responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and evaluation of new warehouse locations as business needs evolve, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.

• Organize, manage, guide, and supervise the operations of the transit hub, being responsible for its performance and service metrics.

• Continuously optimize operational processes and management practices, establish standardized systems for hub management and transportation distribution, ensuring consistent improvements in work quality and efficiency.

• Be familiar with local logistics, transportation, supply chain laws, regulations, and related policies to support business expansion.

• Build and develop the team, fostering a professional, positive team atmosphere, and continuously improving the team’s operational level.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• At least 5 years in international logistics within large or medium-sized enterprises, with at least 3 years of overseas logistics experience, and relevant warehouse distribution management experience.

• Familiar with transit hub operations and processes, knowledge of logistics regulations in different countries and regions, and strong data analysis skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), able to communicate across cultures.

• Willing to be stationed abroad.
